I found Pam through eBay. I was searching for the perfect hair accessories for my girls Christmas pictures. After a number of emails, Pam helped me with choices and was very understanding of my needs! She was SOOOoooo kind! I purchased 5 bows and when I got them I was completely thrilled with what I got!
