Our policies
We make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you have a problem with your purchase for any other reason than stated below, please contact me ~ Returns will be accepted only when certain conditions are met. Please read entire policy. HAIR BOWS: Due to the personal nature of hair bows returns will only be accepted if I have sent the wrong item. The following conditions must all be met for all returns:
- Buyer is to notify me of the return within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Buyer has 3 days to get package in transit by the same method it was shipped (first class mail or priority) WITH delivery confirmation and send me the tracking/delivery confirmation number.
- The item(s) returned to me must be in the original condition they were when mailed out. Please use the same box they were shipped in.
- If the wrong item is sent, I will pay return shipping and send out the correct item upon receipt of the return.
- No returns on hair bows that have been worn.
